Note:

  • Short review consultations are for problems that require only ONE treatment modality e.g. taping OR exercise prescription OR manual therapy (dry needling, massage, mobilisiation). These sessions are NOT for complex injuries that require more thorough assessment.
  • Block of 10 Group Exercise Classes is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
  • Thermoplastic splints are billed in addition to the relevant consultation fee
  • Medicare EPC consultations requires a gap payment.
  • SOLO Ex Class: Use of physio exercise room independently (without physiotherapist present). Clients are NOT able to claim this service type on health insurance.

Change to Medicare Payment Procedure:

Medicare has made a change to the procedure for processing EPC payments. As such, we are required to accept full payment ($116) on the day of consultation and deposit the Medicare rebate ($58.30) back into your bank account.
